Perfect for beginners or those returning to exercise, these sessions emphasize form, muscle activation, and proper function to increase the efficacy of your workouts and decrease the risk of injury.

Postural Correction
Target and correct muscular imbalances that may be causing pain or limiting your mobility. With a keen eye for alignment, Annette works one-on-one to help you improve posture, reduce tension, and educate you on how your muscular structure affects movement. These sessions also focus on the upper or lower body, depending on your specific needs, using gentle, isolating and unilateral exercises to bring your body into balance.
