Spa Policies

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policies.

We request a 24-hour notice for a single service and 72 hours notice for multiple services. All appointments must be reserved with a major credit card or valid gift certificate. Late cancellations will be charged for a service. 

We ask that you arrive at the spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. Late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at the scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  

PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and spa gift certificates. If you were happy with your service it is customary to provide a 15-20% gratuity which can be made in cash, check or Venmo to your service provider. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles so please leave valuables at home. Day Spa by Zsuzsanna reserves the right to refuse service and to change services and prices without prior notification.

CDC GUIDELINES

In order to comply with the state and CDC guidelines, we have updated our medical spa's protocol, to ensure the highest level of safety. We have enhanced cleaning and disinfection at key touchpoints as well as sanitizing after each service, to make your visit with us safer.  Mask wearing is at your discretion and if you would prefer our staff wear during your service we will do so.
